How to book tickets
Booking Online
- Tickets can be purchased on the website up to 2 hours before the start of the performance.
- Tickets can be purchased in-person at the Ticket Box after the website sales closing time until the performance time.

How to collect your ticket
Pick up your ticket at self-service ticket kiosks
- Tickets you have reserved can be picked up at the self-service kiosks from 2 hours before the performance. The kiosks are located on the 1st floor of the main lobby.
Simply enter the 9-digit reservation number you received by email or text message, and the tickets will be printed.
Pick up your ticket at the Ticket Box
- If you have an invitation, seat voucher, or need to show your identification or other documentation of your discount, you must pick up your ticket at the box office.
- Please present your booking confirmation (booking number) to pick up your tickets.
- Ticket box is open from 1 hour prior to the start of the performance.
(The operating hours may change depending on the performance.)
General information for audiences
- It is the LG Arts Center’s policy to minimize late entry into the theatre after the start of the performance.
- Due to the specificity of the performance or at the request of the performer, late customers may not be allowed to enter the theatre or sit in their reserved seats after the start of the performance.
- In case late entry is permitted, late customers must follow the direction of the house management staff and sit where they are asked to in order to not disrupt other audience members.
- Flowers, food and beverages, and pets are not allowed inside the theatre. In accordance with the copyright infringement act, any form of recording (including taking photographs, and/or recording video and/or audio) without an explicit permission from the performers and LG Arts Center is strictly prohibited.
- During the performance, any sounds, vibrations and light coming from your mobile phone and other electronic devices can distract other audience members. We kindly request you to turn off all electronic devices before the start of the performance.
- With the exception of performances that are intended for young children, pre-school children are not allowed to enter the theatre. Please check the minimum age requirement when purchasing your ticket.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the minimum age requirements. Even if entry is denied for not meeting the age requirement, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Young audience members who are allowed to enter the theatre must also purchase a ticket. Please guide the child to observe the theatre etiquette to prevent any inconvenience for other audience members.

3. Refund instructions by payment method
◆ Purchased by bank Card
- You will be able to verify wth your credit card company the refunded amount in 4~5 days after the cancellation has been processed. (Applies to Korean credit card companies only)
- For international cards, contact your card company for exact details.
◆ Purchased by bank transfer
- The refund will only be made to he purchaser’s own account.
- The refund request will be processed within 3~5 days business days.
- The cancellation fee will be charged based on the reservation date, not the date of the bank transfer.
4. For ticket packages
- Cancellation deadlines and fees for ticket packages are determined by the first performance date among the component performances of the package. If you cancel a ticket for the first show, it will be based on the first performance of that show.
- Packages cannot be canceled or rescheduled after the cancellation deadline for the first performance of the package. However, you can change viewing date only within the same performance subject to remaining seats in the same class.
5. Notice
- Cancellations and exchanges are not accepted on the day of the performance.
- A cancellation fee will not be charged on the day of the reservation. However, if the performance is scheduled for the same day as the reservation, cancellation is not possible.
- Phone reservations are available during business hours (Tuesday-Friday 10:30-18:00) / Website reservations are available until 23:59
- Tickets(including package tickets) are exchanged at no extra charge only for other performance dates of the same show. The exchange must meet identical conditions as the original purchase (same class, number, discount type, and price of seats).
- We are unable to change the date for a subset of tickets from a full reserved ticket.
- In case you need to cancel or change your ticket after receiving it, you must return it to the Ticket Box before the cancellation deadline. Please contact the ticket box as some tickets may not be eligible for processing.
- Tickets labeled as invitations, seat vouchers, or agency sales are not refundable or cancelable.
- Lost or damaged tickets due to reasons attributable to the customer will not be reissued, canceled, or exchanged.
